TicketIT is the SYKES global ticketing system for Incident Management. TicketIT is powered by Salesforce Service Cloud.

All SYKES Incident management tickets are captured in the system and reported upon via Dashboards and Reports that have been built by the SDC DP Operations team.

Currently, Salesforce Service Cloud Summer ‘20 is the platform that is being utilized to deliver the system.
